10 years of figuring it out, shipping products, and betting on great teams. I lead by empowering engineers and getting out of their way — and I bring the kind of optimism that makes hard things feel possible.
Currently Head of Product at Resolve. Always thinking about what's next.
I'm a product leader who loves the early stages — the messy, figure-it-out phase where you're building something from nothing and every decision matters. I've spent 10 years in that environment and I wouldn't have it any other way.
My philosophy is simple: hire great engineers, give them a clear problem and real context, then trust them to solve it. The best products I've shipped came from teams who felt empowered, not managed.
I'm an optimist by nature. I genuinely believe good teams can build anything — and I try to be the kind of person who makes everyone around me better.
When I'm not heads-down on product, you'll find me exploring new music (punk rock runs in my veins), picking up languages, or mentoring the next generation of product thinkers.
